OZ: There is no god but man.
CS: We of the Church believe:Â
OZ: Man has the right to live by his own law–
CS: That all men of whatever race, color or creed were created with equal rights;
OZ: to live in the way that he wills to do:
CS: That all men have inalienable rights to their own religious practices
OZ: to work as he will:
CS: and their performance;
OZ: to play as he will:
CS: That all men have inalienable rights to their own lives;
OZ: to rest as he will:
CS: That all men have inalienable rights to their sanity;
OZ: to die when and how he will.
CS: That all men have inalienable rights to their own defense;
OZ: Man has the right to eat what he will:
CS: That all men have inalienable rights to conceive, choose, assist or support their own
OZ: to drink what he will:
CS: organizations,
OZ: to dwell where he will:
CS: churches
OZ: to move as he will on the face of the earth.
CS: and governments;
OZ: Man has the right to think what he will:
CS: That all men have inalienable rights to think freely,
OZ: to speak what he will:
CS: to talk freely,
OZ: to write what he will:
CS: to write freely their own opinions and to counter or utter or write upon the opinions of others;
OZ: to draw, paint, carve, etch, mould, build as he will:
CS: That all men have inalienable rights to the creation of their own kind;
OZ: to dress as he will.
CS: That the souls of men have the rights of men;
(That the study of the mind and the healing of mentally caused ills should not be alienated from religion or condoned in nonreligious fields; And that no agency less than God has the power to suspend or set aside these rights, overtly or covertly. And we of the Church believe:)
OZ: Man has the right to love as he will:–
CS: That man is basically good;
OZ: “take your fill and willâ€
CS: That he is seeking to survive;
OZ: “of love as ye will,when, where, and with whom ye will.†–AL. I. 51
CS: That his survival depends upon himself and upon his fellows and his attainment of brotherhood with the universe.
OZ: Man has the right to kill those who would thwart these rights.
CS: And we (of the Church) believe that the laws of God forbid man:
To destroy his own kind;
To destroy the sanity of another;
OZ: “the slaves shall serve.†–AL. II. 58
CS: To destroy or enslave another’s soul;                                To destroy or reduce the survival of one’s companions or one’s group.
OZ : Love is the law, love under will.†–AL. I. 57
CS: And we (of the Church) believe that the spirit can be saved and that the spirit alone may save or heal the body.
